- Whilst the flexibility is a good thing, it can also be taken advantage of.
- Communication and collaboration between the teams could be stronger. There is a great deal of talent which if collaboration was nurtured and encouraged could yield much better results for the company.

As you are aware, we have gone though a big review over the last 12 months and as we progress, hopefully some of your issues will be dealt with. Certainly, our IIP action plan will address some of these.
You have quite rightly pointed out, we are a small company but we do take pride in our commitment to helping people learn develop and grow in their roles. Never more so in Sales, where a significant investment is made in learning opportunities.
