RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great attitude to finding the right candidates for companies. Unlike other agencies, there is a company wide pride in the quality of candidates put to companies and it feels good to be part of that. Personal growth is actively encouraged through tailored training and targets and if you're struggling the support is there to help you.
Cons
This is more specific to the industry but getting the work life balance can be hard. Luckily, once you bill enough your hours are reduced.
