      Major Issues with Management

      Pros

      -Relaxed work environment -Casual dress code

      Cons

      -No room for growth, no benefits. -Condescending & toxic management. Middle managers make unrealistic promises to CEO which in turn get dumped onto team members. -No accountability/breakdown of communication between different departments, cripples innovation and meaningful change within company.

      Chaotic management

      Pros

      I actually felt the efforts made by the management to invest on the employees and make the work environment better. The managers provide enough training sessions and are supportive in providing us with adequate resources.

      Cons

      Regrettably, these things aren't enough if the management is suffering from internal conflicts, or so I think. My co-workers and I aren't really sure if that's the problem, but the obvious issue is that there's too much chaos in the company and its unstable structure. The management currently seems directionless. It provides support, but the support doesn't end up bringing enough positive impact on the company as a whole.

      Sometimes a great atmosphere, people can be good to work with, very flexible if need.

      Cons

      No concrete structure, no follow thru on promises, no real potential opportunitty to grow in the company.
