I have been working at Grady Health System full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Grady is a very good company to work for. They're very good for the Atlanta metro area, they assist with homeless and they have good benefits and the pay is decent

    Cons

Grady owns the largest nursing home/ rehabilitation center in the south the pay is decent the benefits are good but the nursing home can't keep enough help most of the time we work short of staff

    Advice to Management

Good company, decent pay friendly staff but something needs to be done about getting and keeping enough staff. Whenever new employees come and see how hard and short staff we work. you will continue to have a revolving door.
