    Pros

Serving those that have the least is rewarding. Also company is willing to give market increases on salary every few years to ensure they remain a competitive employer.

    Cons

Working with those that have very little can be taxing at times and there are limited resources to help meet ongoing needs of the population most served.

    Advice to Management

Continue to offer competitive salaries and regular wage increases as well as benefits. Regular communication from management about the state of the company is helpful.
