    Pros

Lots of different opportunities, company does the right thing, and you can feel good that you are working for a company that makes a difference. Solid values, good business model. Tons of resources available to be successful.

    Cons

The larger the company gets easier it is to get disconnected if you don't proactively work on networking. Overly focused on internal processes, can make it difficult to get things done quickly. Tend to overcomplicate things.

    Cons

Upper management is all about the almighty dollar. They will tell and coach that people are what is important. They say all the right things but in the end...turn over rate has increased tremendously.
