Decent training program Pay is very good for entry level sales and they do a good job of giving a safety blanket in the sales process.
Cons
Restrictions on certain things that aid in typical sales jobs, ability to consult with clients outside of the work place is not allowed. Some micromanagement involved. Company culture is average unless you manage to go to training with someone else on the sales staff.

No large direction given during training to know what to look for when you walk into a new business or prospect. Hard to narrow down on a direction to focus on when the catalog is as big as it it. CRM was a joke and archaic
