I worked at Granada Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours, great training, able to use own computer. Bosses communicate through chat so you feel like you are in a call center.

    Cons

No major cons, maybe paid time off earned sooner. Able to take unpaid time off.

    Advice to Management

Enhance ongoing training more often when agents are struggling with anything. More phone or video interactions but I understand it gets busy.

I have been working at Granada Corporation for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work at home but working for Granada not even that is a pro with so many calls. You can event take your break

    Cons

Micro management. Poor communication. Your sups does not know anything of insurance and you can not get help from them. Poor salary. Poor bonus and every payroll is worst. They promise you that aftee 1 yr you will get a raised amd that did not happen. Having over 7 State licenses and learning of it you still get paid the same when you got hired for 5 states only. About the CEO i have no clue. I've only heard... from him on a couple of emails to apologize about payroll mistakes. You don't get sick day. You don't get vacations and the paid time off is almost impossible for you to take it. No benefits. They just provided health extremely expensive

I worked at Granada Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pay is amazing for me. I don't like to drive so working from home is a huge advantage for me.

    Cons

I think they need to consider that people have schedule issues come up- they are very strict with working the schedule you have. Maybe have more paid time off or at least excuses your absence without getting in trouble

    Advice to Management

Nothing I can think of right now

I have been working at Granada Corporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

work from home and have flexibility coworkers are easy to get along with and they have working from home and the option to stay and not have to drive

    Cons

they don't approve any time off ever and do not have any benefits at all whatsoever no paid time off no vacation no raises no medical benefits

    Advice to Management

be flexible and give time off because it is not paid and a raise every once in a while would be nice even a five cent raise is better than zero
