    Pros

    Great people, excellent work-life balance.

    Cons

Seems like the higher up you are in the company, the less work you do.....

    Advice to Management

Applaud those not in upper management as they most of the work!

I worked at Grand Canyon University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free college for myself and 2 dependents.

    Cons

Extreme racism going on in the Public Safety Department. I can’t speak for other departments. People of color are not being promoted is Public Safety (only white males). HR complaints, EEOC complaints, and possible future law suits on the horizon. Working in this department is a job, not a career. GET YOUR DEGREE AS FAST AS YOU CAN AN MOVE ON!

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone fair and equal so that employees can advance based on experience & skills, and not race.
