      Pros

It’s a job and they have to pay you biweekly.

      Cons

-human rights violations- ie visa blackmail. -managers disappear on long and involved lunches and meetings leaving basic staff to “figure it out” -bare bones staffing even after pandemic- imagine a multi million dollar company making you pay for their slow season after breaking your back during their peak -they run their properties dual so you might have to deal with multiple properties and different standards-all while they barely support you and expect you to shoulder the weight of two hundred guests and their over jumped egos.

              Cons

very bad general manager, training not so good, ask for days off and they denied them, cut hours when he does not like you, yells at you and owners and talks behind owners back to other owners. he took away staff insentives. I can not say how bad this manager is.

Has anyone have any experience and or has received any feedback on the hiring process background investigation with Peraton? I currently have a Secret Clearance so they are giving me Top Secret Clearance. I received the job offered with the condition of employment until the background is complete however I have not have heard anything from the background Investigator, know that usually it takes time and it can take even months, however like I have stated I already have a Secret Clearance

              Worker IN Tech

Listened to the debate tonight. Imagine going to an interview and behaving that way. Criticizing the other candidates, trying to find fault in other candidates and interrupting the hiring manager. Would that work???
