    Pros

If you LOVE talking with people from all over the world and want to help them out, this is a great place to do it. Fantastic people from HR to the hotel managers to the trainers and for the most part your co-workers. Funnest job I ever had.

    Cons

It would be great if the company had more say so over their client, The Grandview of Las Vegas, regarding who can take a timeshare tour.

    Revolving door

    Pros

There is, like most sales jobs, potential to make decent money, and with lots of down time. Employees are typically left to themselves, which, in this case, is a pro. Although I was usually treated okay, managers tend to micromanage when they are around.

    Cons

As an OPC, you are dependent on someone else, a greeter, to bring customers to you. If they don't do their job well, then you will make no money. Unless you call $7.25/hr. money. And, as is typical for anything timeshare-related, there are changes every five minutes. Employees are moved around at will and I felt we were often treated like puppets. "Veterans" could sometimes avoid the politics and would almost always secure the best locations and best greeters, leaving the rookies to make it on their own merits. That made it nearly impossible, being with the worst greeters and in the worst locations. They are constantly hiring at this location (revolving door) and for good reason. Almost everyone there is miserable.

    Pros

Fun to give out gifts...but at what cost to the client ?

    Cons

Training teaches you to go by the book. Once you get in a booth it's a totally different story..If you don't want to lie to clients then you won't sell. And if you are not Asian or married or a friend of ..an Asian then you will get all the bad booths and all afternoon shifts.call in sick if you are not Asian and you get 2 points on your record, 6 of these and you are fired.Best to go in and infect every one..you also get your hourly lowered after a month..and if client complains about how long timeshare keeps them, they will give them back $25. Or _50. And take it out of you check, any mistake comes out of your check ! Have fun..lol

    Pros

Great pay when the season is good. Some good shifts if you earn them depending on which team your selected to

    Cons

When the season is on the downside, winter months, tough to close deals. You are given a write up when you do not succeed in book 2-3 deals a day. Lots of favoritism

    Terrible business

    Pros

The resort and product are beautiful and the presentation can be fun depending on who you are assigned to. The real estate license training is good but they don’t pay you a reasonable wage

    Cons

The managers belittle you and berated you nonstop and don’t provide any actually training you sit for hours on end every day just waiting to do a presentation and then once you go the people you meet with are just there for free crap and don’t have any money most of the time because they only market to freeloaders they can’t compare to any of the major companies like Hilton even though I love the product it’s awesome but they try to make you act like a sleazeball to sell it

terrible job - run the other direction

    Pros

When you first start and go through training - its fantasy land. They promise to help you and never mention that they terminate about 3 or more employees a week - the employees you are replacing.

    Cons

Unless you are great at lying, you will not stay there long. They also, ride you back instead of helping you. Stress!
