    Pros

Excellent company to work for, great opportunity to excels, It was 10 years of hard working environment, great potential for young person

    Cons

better team coordination, better structure, too much early advancement for young and inexperience, too much buddy buddy leadership. Advancement should based on the maturity and leadership ability along with knowledge. Leaders must separated them self from the team they lead during after duty hours.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Granite

    Pros

Pay, health Benefits, paid vacation. Average in the industry. Good place to start your career. Mostly nice people to work with.

    Cons

You would have to work non-stop to keep up with the responsibilities. Average of 10-12 hours per day without being compensated for it. Communication from management is poor and training is almost nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate and recognize the hard work of your people and Hire additional help where needed. Set reasonable attainable goals so your employees can have a life outside of work.
