    You able to move up and grow in the company.

    The more training there is the more the company with grow.

    Pros

    It gives you satisfaction when you know that you have helped someone still living in their home fill a little more comfortable.

    Cons

    Some of the cons are when the clients relatives can be annoying and unable to please.

    Advice to Management

    My advise to management is they need to pay more money hourly and pay for mileage.

    Most employers don't take the time to know there workers but Ms. Eloise Jay not only recognize what her workers do but she makes it known how she appreciates us at all times shes the best

    Theirs nothing bad I can say I ever experienced with this job
