I worked at Grant Communications full-time (Less than a year)
Loved the people I worked with. They were very friendly, always willing to help out and assist when needed. Benefits were standard.
Low bi-weekly pay, management was lacking at best, management never checked on me during computer training to see where I was or at the checkpoints that they were supposed to sign off on. Constantly changing how you earn your commission and to the point that it costs you money to work there. Always wanting to increase the minimums you had to hit, and get punished if you didn't hit them. I've worked retail sales for nearly 10 years and this place was a joke.

Many local clients, some room for creativity, full health insurance, standard hours
Out-dated equipment, only working with print media, inconsistent managing styles, no direct deposit, lack of communication among employees
Advice to Management
Add social media and web design consultation to services, do less print work, buy new computers, get direct deposit
