    Being put in situations which I am not trained for but told to pretend I’m an expert

      Good clients in Audit across all sectors. Good brand name.

      Cons

      1. Poor People Management 2. Lack of flexibility 3. Rather gaining in depth knowledge in a specific industry, people are asked to work on everything randomly. 4. Micro management 5. No appreciation for work performed 6. Groupism and Favoritism by partners and directors 7. Lot of dirty politics

      Advice to Management

      Improvement in HR role. Need to look into high employee turnover. Be open to the feedback as work culture is deteriorating day by day.
