GT offered a very Friendly culture, There were an abundant amount of Networking Opportunities, Lower level staff was very hard-working and appreciative.
Upper Management was not respectful and seemed to have lost the idea of a "team" and cultivating relationships within. MOst managers had a personal agenda that was not engaging to the rest of the team or for the benefit of the client. Raises and promotions were unfair because they were primarily based on utilization and "who you knew", when every manager explained that they were not. Most disappointing, all new and innotvative ideas that "bucked the system" were immediately disregarded.
