    Pros

There is room in the salary ranks for someone with no degree if you are willing to work hard and sacrifice.

    Cons

The almighty dollar has driven the company to demand to much of the salary employees. When you are told that you must carry a cell phone all of the time, (even on vacation), it borders on the insane. You have no time to yourself. In my mind, no amount of money is worth becoming a slave. They don't care what you know as long as you know who to call.

    Advice to Management

Management needs no advice. They know everything they think they need to know.

    Pros

The pay is good, and the benefits are fair and a good price each month, paid breaks are a plus

    Cons

Management is terrible, no communication, a lot of favoritism, salaries people showboat in front of the hourly and laugh in their faces

    Pros

Great people to work with, strategic direction of company is clear, good pay, great benefits and excellent career growth opportunities. Mike Schmal while tough at times was open to other viewpoints.

    Cons

Work life balance was tough at times. At times requests from information from corporate finance seemed to take a "fill in the blanks and make it fit" approach. However this was years ago under Nadeem Moiz. Hopefully fresh finance leadership changed that approach. The corporate controller was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

    Advice to Management

Focus of your strongest assets- people.

    Pros

The pay is competitive. People can be friendly.

    Cons

If you have a family you won't have a life. 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. People can be rude and yell if your a new employee not knowing much of what your doing.

    Advice to Management

Start making 8 hour shifts. Because people with a family life will never end up staying very long.

    Pros

The pay is great and if a manager likes to hang out with you outside of work your golden. If you like to be treated like a machine and not a human it's great.

    Cons

The management is poor. Poor production planning. Quality and morale are extremely low for all employees. The Union is a waste at this plant.

    Advice to Management

Remove management and Union and start fresh.

    Pros

Competitive salary, good benefits, opportunity for rapid advancement

    Cons

Some areas of the plant work physically much harder and require just as much if not more technical knowledge without a difference in compensation. Ceilings on how high you can advance without being a favorite of a manager.
