Pros

It's hard to say, "working here is great", right, there is soo many different teams you could be working on. From the corporate office, to dispensaries in 10 different states, to all the other teams that make up the whole. Personally, working in the PA market, is 9 dispensaries and a couple external teams, that make up an absolute powerhouse. The teams work together, ideas are listened too and implemented, people are appreciated. The cannabis space in general is a decent space to be in, but GR specifically is top notch. Smart, Smart people at the top driving incredibly insightful decisions.

Cons

With any multi state, vertically integrated company, once in a blue moon there's a few names too many names on the list certain changes/ideas needs to hit. But for the most part, that's for the best.

Great community feel and strong work-life balance.

Like many organizations, there are some employees that are not good fits for their roles.

You get paid on time

Cons

Low pay, little room for advancement. Favoritism reflected in pay. Unsafe working conditions, working outside of your job description for less pay. If you speak out about harassment upper management will punish you.

I loved working for the company, used to have a wonderful culture and some great people.

The company sold out big time resulting in unfortunate surprise layoffs

no real passion for the industry. Its all about profit for these people
