Marketing - Leadership - Process - Culture
Feb 14, 2023 - Client Services Representative in Orlando, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
We deeply believe in our core values and work to live by them daily. Marketing is what we do - we bring results because our team is strong. We have strong leadership, who are willing to jump in and who are growing themselves and their teams, we have processes in place to improve processes and gather suggestions and our culture is our core. Our people are what makes working here so great. The leaders do an awesome job continuing to keep culture at a high and ensure we are connected.
Cons
We have been remotely going on 3 years now and I do miss some of the engagement and ease of dealing with issues, but we're meeting once a month, so that gives me my fix.

Seems Great at First BUT.... Terrible just Terrible

Only Pro I Would Give is the PTO
Cons
No Room to Grow Constantly in Pointless Meetings EVERYDAY Underpaid

The atmosphere was STRESSFUL and INSANE due to lack of leadership
Jan 19, 2023 - Digital Marketing SpecialistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The atmosphere was STRESSFUL and INSANE and I could only be grateful that I didn't lose it here!
Cons
The employees were LOST without someone to lead them, and the management is INCAPABLE of LEADERSHIP that would lead the people! The establish authority, ABUSE it, act HOSTILE, use FEAR to push people into doing what they want without any sensible direction!

This place is where careers go to die

You could make more money working at your favorite fast-food joint
Cons
- Management thinks they are brilliant, but they are not... - They will fire their best employee if things aren't going well, and things haven't gone well for a very long time. - Toxic environment. - Owners of the company are completely disconnected, not to mention arrogant. - Want to experience a place where you have upward mobility? Don't work here! - Run as fast as you can, your career will die here.

Pros
The small town feel of the company was nice. Proximity to home was also nice. The management tried to have a nice working environment. Casual dress was allowed once a week.
Cons
The company did not prove to have many advancement options past the manager level, company expectations for sales were unreasonable at times, every few paid holidays. The company needs to work on long term goals, so employees know where it is headed. The communication between the employer and employees also needs to be improved.

Management doesn't know any better
Nov 12, 2022 - Sales RepresentativeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I'm glad I've left the company before the situation got worse
Cons
It's the lack of communication that makes work redundant and goals not reached. Employees can be OVVERWORKED but still not achieving goals. Management doesn't know any better thing to do except would threaten us of losing our jjob. How they handle situations are horrible and very unprofessional!

Best company I've had the pleasure to work for.
Jun 7, 2022 - Sales Advisor in Orlando, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The culture at Gravitational Marketing is like no other job I've worked for before. Everyone is truly a team player and I always felt heard when bringing up new ideas or sharing my thoughts with higher up management. That alone was one of my favorite parts but the benefits package they provide is also great. That combined with the extensive PTO that they provide to their employees make this a great place to work. I'm happy to have worked for such a great organization and will always recommend submitting an application. You won't regret it!
Cons
If you are not a truly motivated sales person then this role may not be right for you. You also must embody the culture aspect and be able to help others the same way they do for you.

Pros
Outstanding standard benefits for a smaller company Company committed to following its core values True work/life balance for everyone Equal treatment to both clients and staff Diverse management team from varied backgrounds Dream Sessions- dedicated work time to pursue life dreams Weekly development meetings with monthly reviews Fun social events, even as team members work remotely Compassionate executive team
Cons
We sometimes hire people who literally ignore the unchallengeable Pros above and believe the Company is a bad place to work. The biggest negative is that despite our best efforts, we have not grown as much as we'd like, which limits advancement opportunities for some of the team. Which can lead to some strong people moving on to opportunities elsewhere.

Pros
Some of the best reasons to work here are: - We have a Mission we are passionate about. - We have purpose and are able to make an impact daily. - We have Work/Life balance. - We have ridiculous amount of benefits. - We have lots of collaboration, freedom, and fun.
Cons
Slower growth in last few years, which does tend to limit upward mobility.

You likely have better options
Jun 14, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Work from home - Good PTO - Mostly easy work - Okay work/life balance
Cons
- Low pay - Unprofessional behavior from leadership - Company isn't growing—outdated marketing, low sales, leadership is checked out - Professional growth opportunities are non-existent - Start-up culture despite being an 18 year old company
