    Pros

    Great benefits and ESOP company.

    Cons

Poor on boarding, poor management and high turn over. If you dont know any one in the company then you will never be part of it. Company was the worst I have ever worked for.

I worked at Gray Construction full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The day goes by fast because there's constant deliveries that go to the job sites. Going to drop off deliveries at the sites can be fun to see the process of building a starbucks or coffee bean.

    Cons

During the non-busy times (december-february) it can be slow but can also be long days when it's crazy busy in the summer time where you'll be staying until trucks are loaded, which can be a few hours overtime.

Company has a great family culture. There is tremendous focus on safety and it is clear the company cares about its employees. There are great opportunities for advancement and learning.

    Cons

The construction industry can be challenging. Some may see that as a con, but it is rewarding.
