    Pros

Bonuses (when they happened) Logo merchandise

    Cons

Horrible Management Low Pay High Stress Overloading employees Horrible morale

    Advice to Management

Too many managers behind closed doors. Treat employees like actual people instead of laborers chained to a desk to do your biding.

I have been working at Gray Television full-time for more than 20 years

    Pros

Forward thinking company with heavy focus on digital growth. Supportive upper management allowing individual station to operate without overbearing influence. Great way to manage tv stations.

    Cons

I’ve been with this company for over 10 years and cannot think of a @cin@ to offer here. Sorry.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing... it is working and we are happily employed.

I worked at Gray Television full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Great Benefits, short probationary period, lots of vacation time and good health insurance options. From my experience, upper management listens to employee concerns and tries to enact change.

    Cons

After asking around, I realize now that the pay for lower-level positions is not very competitive. I can't speak for upper management salaries, but wage positions are on the lower end of average. Gray also runs a very lean ship, with most employees doing multiple jobs.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your support staff; we're in the traffic system more than anyone else, and we know what we're talking about.

I have been working at Gray Television full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

A good company that is becoming great! They have greatly improved their employee benefits recently and analysts have Gray TV as the top station group of 2015.

    Cons

Long hours if you want to get ahead and move up but it's that way with any job

    Advice to Management

Keep the improvements coming and keep buying #1/#2 stations in new markets!
