      People who dont like rules can make the job difficult and sometimes you get smelly clients lol. Or dramatic employees.

      Pros

      No clientele required! Meaning you get to connect with walk-ins but also take requests if you get them. Fast paced environment. Stylist can ask for coverage from other great clips salons if needed (bigger team). Clip notes system to note the cut the client prefers, taking the guess work out of the consultation!

      Can be overwhelming for new stylists being in a faster paced salon.

      Provides stylists with all tools minus shears and clippers

      Cons

      Low pay, minimal training, unsafe sanitary practices, allows customers who harass employees and/or are under the influence to receive services in the name of better tips, extreme lack of organization between franchisee and managers

      Decent pay, a good place for new stylists, lots of training. You will get a lot of new clients and experience cutting.

      Bad clients, lack of creative freedom, corporate tracks every single move you make and every second you spend in the salon.
