    I worked at Great Eastern Life Assurance (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The manager works closely with me in doing projects.
    The department assigned me some serious responsibility, which makes me feel like I was really part of the company.

    Cons

    There were no many co-workers in the department, so that makes my resources limited.

    - have plenty of employee activities
    - constant updates on company's direction via townhall, etc
    - provided good training for new joiners
    - good support from management

    Cons

    - too bureaucratic, and heavy in operation processes making work becomes inefficient and unable to react as quickly as intended
