    Working towards being a 5 star employer. Talented people. A ton of opportunity to make an impact. Great Senior Leadership Team focused on collaboration, patient care, and transparency. Fast moving and exciting with lots of positive change!

    Processes and procedures need refinement and mass communication is a challenge with how quickly the company grew.

    Advice to Management

    Keep working hard on putting solid structure in place. We're feeling the positive changes already.

    Managers have lack of knowledge

    Advice to Management

    Managers are slackers. No knowledge yet will terminate an employee for the same lack of knowledge instead of providing more training for self and employee. This company would be and can be a positive influential career path but the "clicks" won't let the knowledgeable employees be great. Good luck to any employee who stays especially since the departure of the previous CEO.

    The office in Toledo Byrne/Glendale was disgusting. No cleaning done, unprofessional. Front desk talked about patients. Chop shop of dental

    This app won’t allow me to post without writing something in this space. And it needs to be 20 words at a minimum.

    Cons

    Pressure to sell, it’s never good enough, chronically understaffed. Don’t talk about anything personal or about the company or it will be spread around the office.

    Learning the business by unfortunately teaching one self

    Cons

    Company as a whole doesn't care about its employees

    Advice to Management

    Training is useless, supervisors don't know what they are doing and instead of owning their faults they throw blame. Upper management is so blind that they don't see how they are affectingthe company in the long haul. Own your responsibilities and stop throwing blame. You're getting rid of exceptional employees for experimental employees which isn't good for any business. Dan, the new CEO has walked into a firing camp and I sincerely hope he has a big enough extinguisher to put out the blaze before the company goes completely downhill.

    Give a diagram with all the positions and departments in the company. GEDC is all about growth but its hard to aim for a position when you don’t know what is all out there.
