    I have been working at Great Falls Marketing

    Pros

    The company promotes within. Cheerful place to work. Flexible hours. Good pay. Classroom Training. Helpful staff. Performance based pay.

    Cons

    No 401K. You must wait 6 months for health insurance working a minimum of 30 hours a week. Enrollment is only once a year.

    Advice to Management

    Keep smiling and giving those high fives!

    I have been working at Great Falls Marketing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    I love working at great falls marketing because of the money. You are in control of your own paycheck. If you want to make 20+ an hour you can come in with a positive attitude and do it! I also like how if you work hard you don't have to work 40 hours a week to make a living.

    Cons

    The downside of working at great falls and dealing with difficult callers on the phone. If you can get off the phone and go on the next call with positivity it doesn't affect you. Some people have a hard time doing that. The job also requires you do the work to make the money, so if you are lazy this is not the job for you.
