    Pros

Good pay, nice people so far!

    Cons

Breaks and lunches seem short and irregular but that’s not a huge con!

I have been working at Great Falls Marketing part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy to get hired, decent pay

    Cons

Morally bankrupt, Corrupt, Poor Work Environment, Pushy and Aggressive, Depressing

    Advice to Management

Sell better products and have a more streamlined, simple way for people to order and for customer service. The setup is very strange and unnatural, and I would personally expect customer service to be a lot more simple and reliable, without the creepy addition of having to try and sell people stuff when they want to cancel.

    Pros

It is easy to get hired.

    Cons

This was one of the worst jobs of my life. Basically you're selling "supplements" to elderly folks lying to them about what the supplements can do. When the customers try to call to cancel their subscription or get a refund it's the employee's job to basically make it as difficult as possible for the customer to get their needs met. They basically send porn to elderly people and then tell them if they want that sex life, they just need to take this pill. It's REALLY scammy. Would not recommend it to anyone.

    Advice to Management

Offer insurance from day one. Stop lying to customers. Make it easy to get refunds for all products. Offer more support to staff.

I have been working at Great Falls Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I really like working in the Augusta branch, my fellow workers are very supportive of wanting each other to succeed, management is always there to answer any questions, give guidance and they aren't afraid to recognize achievements. The money is there to be made if you are willing to put in the effort. Very clean office, and almost all the customers calling in are great to talk to.

    Cons

QA can sometimes be tough because they forget that we are only human and mistakes can happen especially if you have a difficult customer on the phone., and meeting weekly goals for clubs can be difficult because of the type of customers calling in.

    Advice to Management

Would be nice to have some of the people from central office/human resources come in so we can put faces to the names we correspond with via e-mail.

    Pros

Plenty of opportunity to grow and develop you sales skills. The money is there if you are a top-seller.

    Cons

You need to become great at what you do if you want to make a decent income. The gap between good and great will cost you hundreds of dollars in your paycheck.

Income may be inconsistent if you're less experienced.

    Pros

Jack crap are you kidding me

    Cons

Worst experience of my life also they suck out 80% of your tax return refund because great falls are a bunch of greedy psychopaths that should rot on this earth for all I care.

    Advice to Management

    I pity you.

I have been working at Great Falls Marketing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The management and admin staff are very supportive and team oriented. People leave their egos at the door and everyone just helps each other whether it be to personally and/or professionally develop. We work together all in the spirit of lifting each other up and the mentality that if one succeeds, we all succeed is very much alive!

    Cons

If you aren't comfortable with suspending your own beliefs, creating space to try to gain a different perspective, blowing stuff up and starting over, and/or if you aren't an effective communicator, GFM is not a good fit for you. You have to bring your "team" mindset when you walk through the door, not care about getting all the credit, and speak up when you have feedback and ideas. You won't thrive in this environment if you don't.

    Advice to Management

Keep nurturing an environment where it is okay to ask questions and it's okay to keep learning. That one on one connection with your people is what makes the difference. Don't ever let yourself forget that our agents are where the rubber meets the road.
