    Pros

Great place to meet new people, assignments are pretty easy and in most instances you can watch part of the games.

    Cons

They move you around a lot so you don't always get the same assignment each game.

I worked at Green Bay Packers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun seeing players and coaching staff.

    Cons

Full time is 25-30hrs a week in the off season and you have to work every home game. Pay is low since they bank on the glorification of working for the packers organization and seeing players.

    Advice to Management

Start paying competitive for the industry to keep decent talent.
