I have been working at Green Recruitment Company full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good company to work at with good employees - very easy to get a long with everyone and with a specialist focus (highly efficient).

    Cons

The company has things like benefits committees etc which opens up forums to the employees. Because of this sometimes there are too many ideas flying around to implement. Through trying to appeal to everyone sometimes not everything can be followed through on. Maybe don't try to appeal to everyone and focus on doing less better.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Green Recruitment Company full-time

    Pros

The company does keep to it's core values above. The offices are amazing, looking over Houses of Parliament, St Paul's and the Shard is pretty cool when you move to London. The company is ambitious but retains family feel to it. The markets they operate in are growth areas so it is exciting and you can see where your career can go. Everyone is very friendly and care about their work and the company which makes it...

    Advice to Management

Keep to the basics and don't try to do too much too soon, the market is great and so much opportunity but equally Rome wasn't built in a day!
