    Team player, enjoy working with the public, competitive in sales, self motivated and reliable.

    Cons

    Older in early fifty's, need every other weekend and monday tuesday and wednesday evenings to be with my youngest son.

    Compliment your employees, motivate your staff by being involved and interested in their positive job performance. Keep your personal business separate stay focused on being productive.

    Pros

    Encouraging and realistic goals with great incentives. Great insurance and retirement benefits. Incredible management who listen and help. Great training program. Plenty of opportunities for growth for hard working employees.

    Cons

    Adherence policies are strict as they always are in any call center. But management is very understanding and tenured employees get preferred schedules.

    Good benefits, flexible work schedule, work with you to develop and expand your abilities

    Cons

    Are not really open to working from home which could easily be done in some of the positions and would be a great perk
