Management is low key shady , I went into my 7 shifts app , tell me why I’m not scheduled to work with the company, didn’t get a phone call or nothing , first of all I was never scheduled for a whole week , it was so many red flags 🚩.

Coworkers are great. You will meet lifelong friends. Similar to any restaurant. Also great schedule flexibility.

Mediocre training, high turnover rate for management, no performance incentives. Corporate higher ups are all former managers with no real training or education. Company is very unorganized.

Managment doesn’t talk to each other, treat you like you’re stupid, managers just sit out in the dining room and eat during their shift, managers always on their cell phone, don’t respect your availability, can’t keep anyone longer than a few months so you’re “trained” by people who were just “trained” before you, the people who have been there (bartenders) are rude to anyone who isn’t a bar tender,
