I have been working at Greene & Associates Talent Agency full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The opportunity to meet others in the industry in plentiful, especially as a means to find the
"next step." Whether you want to be on the production side or continue the agent track, this provides a wealth of opportunities (and also scripts to read) to further learn and network.

    Cons

Owner is a perfectionist and control freak, and also a hypocrite. However, this is par for the course with agents in this town so people should be prepared for that across the board. Additionally, you will be paid somewhere around $12.50/hour with guaranteed overtime. For someone with a bachelor's degree and a high level of intellect and ambition, this is little more than a crime. There is also only a stipend for insurance offered instead of an insurance plan, and the stipend does not cover the whole monthly premium (this will be different for different people of course). However, again, this is the industry. I vehemently disagree with it yet it is what it is.
