I have been working at Greenfield Consulting full-time

    Pros

Employees in this position are able to work from home 100% of the time. Very flat / horizontal structure. Competitive compensation package.

    Cons

Lost its boutique roots since the Firefly rebranding-- becoming increasingly corporate. New management's leadership skills are questionable. Decreasingly differentiated from competitive companies.

    Advice to Management

The COO should take the reigns, and restore the culture that was able to sustain an unparalleled retention rate. Slow down on hiring. Leverage business development function in a more traditional sales role.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Many changes over the past few years (new CEO, company re-branded) but new CEO is a strong leader with positive vision of where the company needs to go.

    Cons

We all work really hard (but like who doesn't these days).

    Advice to Management

Continue to listen to your people.
