I have been working at Greenfield Union School District full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Friendly environment
Kids are fun, plus it's a low income area so the students will appreciate you a lot more.
    Pay is reasonable

    Cons

    Favoritism
    Hard to move up
    Not fair across the board.
Over all there are many people in supervisor positions who treat their employees without respect.

    Pros

Very encouraging company, and the people are friendly and helpful.
The hiring and interviewing process is easy to follow.

    Cons

A lot of part-time work and hard to get benefits through the district. If you are pursuing college then it is hard to work around the schedule or some sites do not want to work with your schedule.

    Advice to Management

Re-evaluate who is working for your district office. If a person is not doing their job or is not there to do there job, then the employee should be dealt with, and not overlooked.
