Listen to your staff they are the ones taking the money for you and have some loyalty as well. Consider we have lives out of work especially over christmas we have familys too

    Pros

Its easy to get a management position as managers walk out all the time, good as a stepping stone for experience if you want to get into management

They have some nice staff there who you build a bond with due to working together for long hours

    Cons

Senior management have little respect for staff

The hours are long, with 10 hour shifts 5 days per week

Only 30 mins lunch break and a 10 mins break in the morning for a 10 hour shift

    Advice to Management

Management need to have more respect for the staff and staff may stay loyal
