Great team ethos, although a large corporate business it has very low level senior board that are all good people and really approachable, great benefits and people with a customer centric focus, great company overall.

    Pros

Approachable, communitive and fair branch managers. Good team ethos at branch level dependant on branch manager, some branch managers are facilitators to directors.

    Cons

Senior management - directors regionally too interested in getting a slap on the back from the MD and looking to one day get the keys to the towers in islworth, never seen at branch level unless your branch is achieving , the feel of lack of interest when times are challenging emmits to all members of staff
Pay - a 1% pay rise annualy than compounded by the demands of head office of under staffed branch mean working longer hours and not even a much as a thank you from head office team really shows how under valued you are here and how you are viewed as a mere number and cost.
National sales - constantly dumping on branches, denying all knowledge or not returning calls or answering emails. The constant loss of "large" customers through national sales and branches suffering by losing members of staff. Again no compassion shown via directors
Unrealistic demands - taking valuable assets out of a business and then demanding more from those who are left. For example new accounts the feel is one of you can do your job but with hands tied behind back very micro managed from senior level

    Advice to Management

Management at branch level unless an appointed ex sales member who becomes roboticly empowered to nod to directors need to come to the realisation this company is no longer the power it used to be, top customers leaving good workers undervalued and appreciated jumping ship at earliest opportunity, company needs to be re structured from top down to achieve the goals and targets
