RecommendsNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Greenlee Tools full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Pay is great, people where ok, management team friendly and 10hr OT a week.
Cons
Management; while friendly and trying where intern's led by a couple main employees. They where chasing there tails alot. OT is almost permanent 10hr a week.
Pros
None! The only thing that would make your day more tolerable was the other employees agreeing that it had become a joke.
Cons
Too much to get into.

RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Greenlee Tools full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Great products, great people, flexible, great benefits. The product line makes it easy to sell. Everyone knows the name. Company vehicle is also a huge benefit. The new GM (Paul), is also phenomenal.
Cons
Since the acquisition there have been too many changes for the worse. No growth opportunity (for sales), drastic program changes, and event plant closures. These reasons kill moral. Also, since eliminating the sales development program, there is a huge gap in training.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Greenlee Tools full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Greenlee is an exciting company to work at because their business depends on releasing innovative new products. Additionally, younger engineers get real design work much sooner than other companies and there is ample opportunity for individual contributor's good work to be recognized. Benefits are pretty good and paid time off is probably above average especially for younger employees. Lastly, as an engineer, you can enjoy a great work life balance and are rarely expected to work long hours.
Cons
Like any other new products company (or almost any company in general), Greenlee plans projects optimistically and not realistically which almost always yields delays in the project plan.
