I have been working at Greenlight Technologies full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Growing ... . Manly working with SAP customers on security related functionalities.
Products are good and using by some big names.
Work environment is good, some of the key people in the company is having very good hold on domain, some on technology.
Pay is depends how you negotiate.
Learning curve is there if you want to learn SAP related technologies.

    Cons

Upper management has no trust on there employees. They are paying highly to some other consultancies to do there job. Simply they think what other highly paid consultants can do, there own employees can't do.
No clear vision(on employee engagement, product development), they still don't know what exactly they want to do.
No processes at all, every time you have to reach to management for anything you want.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your employees.
Let allow people from India office to take the decisions.
Decide "what exactly we need to do, where we want to go, how we have to go" .. lots of questions are there that management need to figure out.
