      Pros

Upward mobility is REAL here. I've worked for numerous companies that pride themselves on growth and moving up through meritocracy. I can truthfully say none of them hold a candle to Greenspire in terms of growth for yourself as well as the company. You can become upper management in literally a few months, even weeks. You absolutely must prove yourself however, and that is common sense. The company culture and everyone that works here have been absolutely pleasant and supportive. So grateful to be employed here. Contrary to some of these reviews, there are multiple positions that also offer salary, and hourly pay, in addition to generous bonuses. The CEO, Dave, and CRO, Craig are brilliant, very nice, funny, and extremely involved. They both take the time to get to know their employees and genuinely care about everyone. You really don't see that too often.

      Cons

Really nothing. I couldn't be happier here!

        Pros

Greenspire offers a variety of positions in all different fields. The upper management here wants to see their employees succeed, and will help each individual reach their goals. If you work hard and are self-motivated, you will be compensated generously. If you are more motivated by career growth, there is plenty of room for that here as well. To keep it simple, if you work hard and keep a positive attitude you will succeed in this company.

        Cons

You create your own cons. The only way you will experience downsides in this company is if you make problems for yourself.

          Pros

Please heed my words when I say there are very little pros to this position. The only positives you receive out of employment here is that you learn to communicate with random strangers when the odds are stacked against you. There product is good but in order to push it, they are very untruthful, and they hold no accountability for being untruthful because they can change their brand name or continuously hire more people after the good ones leave.

          Cons

First, let me tell you that every favorable review on this site is prompted by an upper management employee to see approval ratings go up. I know this first hand from working here. The only way they gather talent is through these faulty online ratings, and it makes me a little angry to see these false reviews by management. Second, they lie about salary here, plain and simple. They also make the position sound more important than it really is: the truth of the matter is your just a pawn to make upper managementhe matter is your just a pawn to make upper managementhe matter is your just a pawn to make upper management money until you leave because of unfair salary and walking in the 100 degree weather for 7 hours. Most people actually lose money working here when putting in gas. I was one of the better performers and made a very unlivable wage.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you feel this way. The reviews posted about us come directly from our employees and are overwhelmingly positive. We cannot control what employees post about the company. You seem to have a very distorted and unfortunate understanding of what we do and what our goals are. We encourage you to call our main office at 310-477-7686 to rectify these issues.

            Cons

Upper Management do not appreciate their employees. Low pay. If you start working there you won’t last. Trust me. Stay Away. Nothing good will come from working here. Upper Management is impossibleUpper Management is impossibleUpper Management is impossible to get along with. They can’t retain employees. I recommend that you stay away from the company.

Applying for 2 internal promotion positions within the same company each in a different state in the US. Should you mention this while in the interview stages of both positions?

Was told by an company I was interviewing with I would hear back from them the first week of December. The last time we spoke was before Thanksgiving, as I'm trying to respect their decision-making process. Should I reach out again now that we're closer to the date?

When negotiating salary over the phone, can you mention that you know what the salary is for the position you're applying for? E.g. I know people at the company I'm interviewing for in the exact level that I would be in who are making about 15k more than what I am expecting to be offered. Can I say, "I know Managers at this firm make xyz so I would like to be close to that number"
