    Pros

Follow family traditions. Love having the holidays off and celebrating them at the office like a family.

    Cons

They don't promote within. Would be nice if they didn't.

I worked at Greenspoon Marder full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I interviewed for a position not too long ago. They treated me wonderfully and the benefits were all there. Unfortunately I began to think the place was out of my league (I know that that is ridiculous, since I was already hired) and I panicked before I could get comfortable with the job and my colleagues. I would recommend anyone to work here and would advice them to give themselves time to become established.

    Cons

The only cons that could possibly arise would be the ones that you overanalyze by thinking too much. In reality, everything is fine.

    Advice to Management

The manager is wonderful and kind. I hope she continues to work there for a very long time.

I have been working at Greenspoon Marder full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is no sense of entitlement here, it's like a well oiled machine. Everyone works together to achieve a common goal, no matter what level or position someone is in. HR has a wonderful training system built in to assist with onboarding and IT support is readily available. There is a system in place for everything you can think of and it works. They truly want the employees to be happy and provide a workplace and workspace that is conducive to that. They also strive to give back to the community which in turn promotes a positive moral. Bagels on Friday, monthly birthday celebrations, great benefits and many more pros!

    Cons

I haven't encountered any as yet

I worked at Greenspoon Marder full-time

    Pros

Professional office staff with a very warm culture at the lower levels and long term employees.

    Cons

There is not the best of relationships between the new management and office staff.

    Advice to Management

The greatest value to a Law Firm is the office work behind the scenes. New management has lost the thread of success in this relationship.

I worked at Greenspoon Marder full-time

    Pros

nice office and provide a great working area, ie., copier/scanner and tech department is great.

    Cons

Co-workers are unfriendly and some are just nasty and do not make you feel welcome at all and some are two faced so be careful. NO TEAMWORK - DON'T GET ON THIS TRAIN. It was a very huge disappointment .

    Advice to Management

Nothing at the moment and would prefer to do it privately out of respect.

I have been working at Greenspoon Marder full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The firm has experienced an exponential amount of growth in the last couple of years. With this growth comes plenty of opportunities for those who are willing to put in the time and effort. One of my favorite things about the firm is how involved we are in supporting our local communities, not only by donating money, but volunteering at local schools, shelters and food banks. This is a great place to work with so many great people!

    Cons

Still undergoing some growing pains with some departments, but have come a very long way.

    Advice to Management

Management is great! Working hard everyday to expand and make this firm the best it can be!

I worked at Greenspoon Marder full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Large firm; growing across the U.S.

    Cons

low morale; do not recommend- keep old secretaries and paralegals who have been around for 30-40 years at very high salaries and not up to par with newer more experienced staff.

    Pros

    We have some friendly staff.

    Cons

Be prepared to deal with nepotism at this firm. Managing Partners are incompetent. Do not believe everything you are told during your interview.
