I worked at Greenwich Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule for college kids (the only people who should even work here)

    Cons

Everything. Not reliable. Performance expectations are ridiculous. Childish environment. Headquarters has bare minimum contact with centers. It really shows that they do not care about their employees. Will screw you over any second they can, despite what your loyalty has been. Constant lies from headquarters, which trickles down. This place is as shady as it gets. Get out while you can!

    Advice to Management

Stop treating this place like it is the 13th grade. Stop hiring scummy people. Learn who your good employees are and acknowledge that. Stop all the shady business between headquarters and centers. This is people's lives and all you do is mess with it, like dolls in a doll house. If you want a good business with good people, you need to treat people that way. Looking back, it blows my mind how they brainwash people and how corrupt this whole system is.
