Slightly above average pay for very easy work, call center environment where you can basically choose to be as productive as you wish (not to say it is a relaxed atmosphere though).

Management is under qualified and unable to communicate/handle staff. NO upward mobility.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Access to senior management, professional development. The internships connect you with mentors and you also have the chance to interact directly with the CEO. Good corporate culture. Good work/life balance. In summertime, half-days on Fridays!

    Cons

Location in Stamford, somewhat relatively low pay for the industry although it has raised recently. As with all internships, a fair amount of downtime without work, but good long-term projects.

    Advice to Management

A bit more clarity could be provided to interns on the aims of their "summer projects". Overall a good experience.
