    Pros

Flexible working time is the only pros of this company that I can think of

    Cons

They gave interns the same works from the first day to the last days of internship, so there was no opportunity to learn more.
The employee was not friendly and helpful. The leader of the team even did not communicate with the interns.
There was only giving in this company. You gave them your work, your effort but they did not give you anything back ( I did not mean the financial related thing as doing internship for me is not about money)

I have been working at Grey Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Grey is one of the top class ad agencies in the world. International agency with international environment. Employees can do full creative works and research. Salary timing is good.

    Cons

Problems are not problems if you have the capabilities to manage :)

    Advice to Management

Good hands are more effective. Don't lose good hands.

I worked at Grey Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Employees, Vacation time, engaging work

    Cons

    Salary, benefits, hierarchical, career progression

    Advice to Management

Way too hierarchical and barely any benefits; senior management can be way too snobby and condescending

I worked at Grey Group full-time

    Pros

Good opportunity for client relationship building

    Cons

No real PM support or processes in place - this leads to sloppiness. Acct is expected to wear mutli-hats from Strat, to PM, to actual Acct Mngmt work. This leads to account team having to take on a multitude of additional responsibilities, taking focus away from work and client care, and ultimately leading to no real work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Give greater appreciation to all team members/new hires and help them acclimate to the culture more. Be receptive to the fact that, as you scale, you need to be willing to pivot and be open to new and improved recommendations/processes. No one team member can do it all. This can and does lead to burn out. There is a very obvious feel that if you didn't "grow up" in the Grey environment, you are at a loss. Proper on-boarding and support would be appreciated and go along way.

Hire more people on the large accounts!

I have been working at Grey Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Because, Grey. You work with the best and the brightest. There's now way you'll work here and not take away some new knowledge.

    Cons

Big agency. Easy to get lost. Current lack of vision.

    Advice to Management

As I'm sure leadership is aware, there is a current lack of vision from the top down. Time to re-group and focus for upcoming years.
