I worked at GreyB full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There is nothing to praise about this company. Even office is located in basement.

    Cons

Inhuman conditions prevail here and the workload is too much to handle. After doing all the work, seniors take credit who virtually do nothing. HR doesn't spend money at all. Not even a coffee machine is provided by GreyB. Even activities such as birthday, festivals are organized in such a way that people have to spend money from their pocket. A two year bond is choking all the youngsters. Nothing is paid in training period but expect no relaxation in workload.

    Advice to Management

Management has a policy of extracting the work of 100 people from 50 people. This will backfire very harshly.

    I worked at GreyB full-time

    Pros

Job Location i.e. Mohali but how does it matter when you leave the office at 11 pm everyday.

    Cons

No vision of company - Even though they always talk about it in meetings, they don't have any vision. Their workforce has been constant for past 5 years, which is fine if they want to remain a startup always. They don't believe in Work-life balance. So, late stays are normal here (read even till 6 in the morning). Interestingly, odd Saturdays are half working days but it is never the case. Besides, the seniors say that staying till 7 is normal on Saturdays. Most of team leads are not capable enough, which leads to the bad management of subordinates. Therefore, most people leave GreyB after 2 years (read bond completion). After some experience, there are very few companies that you can switch to because of the less scope of IP. So, after a period of time, there comes a deadlock in your career path.

    Advice to Management

It's just a suggestion that rather than asking your managers and leads to write positive reviews here, start improving the pointers mentioned here.

I have been working at GreyB full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary is good Growth is very fast in this organization Experience is good to switch to other companies

    Cons

Work pressure is very high and the team leads/managers are not qualified to deal with these situations. They have reached this position because everyone leaves company no one is present for these positions. This makes project execution difficult. Sometimes all the work is done by a single person but credit is not given. Working hours are very long 2 years bond, keep this in mind before joining. Not even mobile phone is allowed inside office. Worst work life balance

    Advice to Management

Management has to realize that company is not growing because talented people leave when bond is over.

Best place if you are interested in comic writing. You will come across many such characters. You can call your seniors by their first name.

    Cons

Even the time spent in washroom are deducted 9 hours of daily work, just kidding you will just left with 9 hours a day You will eventually working on Saturday n Sunday as well Even govt. holidays are not considered as holiday Management do not support you They are saying they are startup from last 7 years. They will be startup for ever. The h'ble (horrible) director is crazy, liar. The HR is trained to make excuses in each n every scenario. You will be charged for coming to office (parking you vehicle) The company is located at some remote area in mohali, just for low office rental. residential area is 10 km away. You think basements are for parking, wait...GreyB lies there You cant even leave company, you are bonded Not employee friendly No job assurance Inexperienced managers and team leads (2-4 years) No payment for overtime No annual meet from company No fixed annual appraisal No perks No Diwali bonus

I worked at GreyB full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You will be able to see how beautiful life is after leaving this company.

    Cons

The directors/founders are a bunch of con artists who have taken street level con artistery to an international level. They call themselves a 'start-up'. A 'start-up' which is 8 years old. They have made a fool of employees, with their fake promises, and internal politics. Their strategy is simple- make as much money as you can in any way possible before it all comes crashing down. The word 'stingy' can be redefined by looking at the management of this company. Ask for a raise and all that you will get are threats of being fired. That's when you realise, this is not a corporation- this is a gang. They make you sign a bond which states that you have to pay a sum of 1 lakh INR to the company if you quit before 2 years. DO NOT SIGN THAT BOND. I worked 2 years in this hell hole as a bonded labour. . To the management, you are not a human being, you are in fact 'mules' who they have purchased and can use and abuse as they see fit. If you get old or slow, they will just shoot you in the head and buy another 'mule' at the same or lower price. Trust me, there are hundreds of other companies out there where you can work and have a normal life. To future clients who are reading this- please just save your money by going to a better and reputed service provider. Like i said in the beginning- GreyB is run by con-artists

Nothing Tried hard to recollect, yet it was of no use...

    Cons

Research Bonus is a myth....No one will get....That is included just to inflate your package by Rs. 1 lakh. Senior management is concerned only about minting money....never care for the employees....Evident from the fact that the attrition rate is nearly 60-70% (The rest dont have any other opportunity)..... Too many silly rules & conditions......in fact you will find any primary school to be better.... Even if you join, you can skip the Bond amount of Rs. 1 lakh.....
