I worked at GreyStone Staffing full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Enjoy training new employees working as a team Leader and the most of all the best of work is getting all the overtime that are given.

    Cons

I don't have a downsider of working maybe one is training new employees that don't want to learn

I worked at GreyStone Staffing part-time

    Pros

They gave me a chance based on meeting me at a job fair. My first interactions were with Rob who was frank and helpful.

    Cons

There were barely any tools to help me along the way. The part-time help seekers are put into a pit which is loud and filled with unprofessional people. My direct manager was EXTREMELY standoffish, like a woman stuck in a girl's body trying to be "cool" and discuss spin all day. The company owner seemed erratic.

    Advice to Management

Maybe try to get to know and help the employees you bother to hire. Your greed may shut you down.

I worked at GreyStone Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Quick job placement and descent pay

    Cons

Not organized! Went on disability and the state of NJ had no record of me working for this company, which was 2 YEARS! It was so bad they got audited and fined.

    Advice to Management

Get a better grasp on your business and legal aspect.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at GreyStone Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers try to help out each other when possible.

    Cons

There is a very negative atmosphere in the office and everyone is constantly walking on eggshells. The owner has many personal (and legal) problems and has been known to yell at and insult his employees. Many employees have walked out due to this.

There is also an unclear commission structure. When brought on, GreyStone likes to make it seem like people have an uncapped commission potential but, in reality, they put commission caps to ensure that no one makes over a certain amount of money.

Very poor work/life balance. Regional Managers expect you to be available to speak to clients and candidates at any time. There have been many times that workers are being called over the weekend and as early as 6AM.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees and treat them better. There is a very high turnover rate that should be examined to better the working environment.

I have been working at GreyStone Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very clear cut client sharing and split temp and perm divisions. Great atmosphere, great coworkers. The company holds big family type outings..... international lunch day, bbq, etc. The company also pays the majority of medical and dental benefits for employee through family plans.

    Cons

The candidate tracking technology needs updating.
