I worked at Greyhound (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Promotions from internal candidates, company challenges you beyond your limits, employees leaving company are considered highly marketable due to talents and skills obtained.

    Cons

No pension plan, high stress, no stability at salary levels.

    Advice to Management

This company at one time was where you would put in 20 plus years and retire from. Now it is turning over managers due to the changing demands of business, logistics, and public needs. Good if you are looking for a stepping stone and a resume builder.
