Good work life balance. The work is interesting and challenging and varied. Because this is a small company, people can be involved in all stages of projects. Most people work in multiple technologies, which for the right person is interesting and challenging. You can’t fall into a comfort zone of doing the same thing every day, but at the same time, you are never in a rut.

This work probably isn't for everyone; you need to be able to shift gears between multiple projects and technologies, and balance work on current projects with staying current on the technology.

This is a good company . I really can't think of any reason to not work for this company. The only thing I can think about would be to have more big - long term projects.
