    Pros

In the beginning everyone was friendly and very professional. As management changed so did the environment, for the worst . Newer management is very unprofessional!

    Cons

Management is egotistical and rude, talks about upper management and corporate badly, and is super sweet and kisses up when they come around. Management does not support their employees. Favoritism in the work place. Hostile work environment. Employees constantly wondering who they will go after next!

    Advice to Management

Be fair and impartial when dealing with all employees, and customers! All employees should have to have a fit for duty test before they hired to perform their job, not after a disability is disclosed, one that you have always had, and has never caused you in anyway to perform your job. I believe if you claim to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, your staff should be professional and do the same. All employees should be treated equally! Corporate should send in undercover employees from time to time, to keep management/employees honest. Without warning the management first! Throughout ALL locations within the US.

    Pros

Many opportunities to transfer or advance. Ok starting salary compared to similar positions in other companies. Great locations. Good training program.

    Cons

No creative energy. Every day you do the same thing. No vacation time until after a year of empoyement then only 5 days if you request a long time in advance.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the moral of your team. Area directors should get feedback from hourly employees regarding managers and issues.
