    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Griswold Home Care full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

I had the same clients for a year and i love them. you can take days off and not have to find coverage.if you are not comfortable doing certain things with/for your client this is not held against you. client pays you at the end of your shift normally. you make your own scheldule

    Cons

there are no benefits or PTO

    Advice to Management

when multiple staff work in a house on going then i think there should be a responsibility sheet because not everybody does what they are suppose to do.

I worked at Griswold Home Care full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

You might get a few dollars extra ever week if you don't pay tax

    Cons

When you receive 1099 as an independent contractor, there will be a big tax you ended up owing about 20%.

    Advice to Management

Don't allow contractors cross lines=let unqualified caregivers provide medical care .
