Pros
I just happened upon Griswold Home Care of South Columbus and Fairfield County when I was looking for a new job in January. I interviewed and was surprised how caring Jen was about the clients and also the caregivers. They insure all caregivers have been screened to meet the requirements of the state of Ohio. They base their rates and caregiver pay on complexity of care. They also try to match their caregivers with the clients based on personality and capabilities of the caregivers and client. A wonderful company to work for and highly recommended. They truly care about the well being of the clients and the caregivers.

I cannot see any downside.

I don't have any personal experience with them, but the reviews on Glassdoor look promising. Especially around WLB, which can be so challenging in this industry.
