    Positive Outlook

I worked at Gritty McDuff's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free shift meal, fun staff to work with, always doing something different; quick pace of work, shifts go by fast, can eat french fries whenever you want.

    Cons

Not the most organized kitchen, some grumpy employees, kitchen not kept as clean as it could be, wait staff can be disorganized, new employees expected to train other new employees.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the expos know how much they are valued! They are essential to the operation of the restaurant. Keep employee's attitudes in check. A grumpy employee makes everyone else grumpy.

I have been working at Gritty McDuff's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I'm gaining more server experience

    Cons

As the new employee, i get the worst shifts. I dont get full time because all the good shifts are taken by the employees that have been there for years. I'm averaging 200 a week and that is NOT ok in by book.

    Advice to Management

    increase pay or do something...

    Pros

Show up, do your job, help out your coworkers, you;ll make money, and you can hang out after your done

    Cons

    Year round, but seasonally slow.
No benefits, unless you are hourly and even then its next to impossible to average enough hours since you cant really pick up overtime

    Advice to Management

Refine the brand, consolidate the core menu and focus on quality, speed and freshness, change the beers up more frequently
