        Pros

There are really no pros in working for most Grocery Outlets.

        Cons

Low pay, no holidays, no paid vacation, no health insurance, no retirement, no benefits, cut hours, high turnover, no support from store management to move forward but they lead you to believe for years you will move forward only to use you as long as they can. Some of their store owners are felons. Some are mentally ill and abusive to their staff and have warrants for their arrest in various states. Most store owners are high school drop outs or graduates with no management experience, no people skills, envious of their student employees who are trying to better themselves.

Thank you for your feedback as a Manager in Spokane, WA. We're sorry to hear that tough work environment. We are working to pass this information along to the appropriate parties so that we can work to strengthen the experience of every employee who enters our stores. Thanks!

For interviewers/recruiters based in UK, do you consider candidates from the EU? or only in very rare scenarios i.e. the skillset is very specific and almost nobody who applied fits the profile

Just had an remote interview for a job in a company that has no reviews or news online and seems to be a part of a subsidiary of a company with one star review. On the remote interview, there was the hiring manager and a tech lead but none of them had the video camera on, only me (which made me feel quite uncomfortable). What do you think about it? Are those red flags? I don’t have a good feeling about it.
