    Pros

Most people are really great, fun, smart and nice.

    Cons

Poor communication, poor organization. Small budgets so it very hard to be a creative marketing team. Lots of work, but not allowed the proper resources to get it done.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your marketing team. A strong leader would do wonders.

    I worked at GroundLink full-time

    Pros

I agree the upper management situation is not optimal with it changing annually. If you can deal with a lack of top level organization and are good at forging your own path then not a bad place.
    Great employees

    Cons

High Churn at Upper management level
No real direction due to high churn
    Floaters

    Pros

    Cons

bad management. Always changing CEO and CFOs within short time frames.

    Advice to Management

Get the NY Customer service center back.

I worked at GroundLink full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

i have spoken to many drivers and there is a lot of work, but the catch is that the work is mostly all locals.

    Cons

bad management is ruining things and making this job impossible for a driver to make a living. The job is very bad for drivers and i suggest that the drivers go to other companies. Try more responsible companies. Groundlink is farming out work to other companies and they are giving their drivers mostly locals. They are forcing the drivers to accept local jobs and treating the drivers as employees. Someone needs to file a lawsuit against them.

    Advice to Management

    Treat drivers well

    I worked at GroundLink full-time

    Pros

A lot of great, passionate employees.

    Cons

Had dreams of being an Uber competitor. Not a chance. Instead they remain a second-rate NY car service. Company never got operations in control. Fired multiple CEOs, CFOs, operations people, marketers. After churning through dozens of people, did anyone think maybe the employees weren't the problem?
